A speech given by US President Bill Clinton at the signing ceremony for the Declaration of Principles (Oslo I Accord) in Washington, DC, on 13 September 1993. Clinton cited the Camp David Accords and the Madrid Conference as important milestones in the history of the Arab-Israeli conflict, saluted the Israeli and Palestinian leaders that reached the agreement and offered American support for the continuation of the peace process.
