Israeli FM Peres's Speech at the Signing of the Declaration of Principles (1993)
A speech given by Israeli Foreign Minister Shimon Peres at the signing ceremony for the Declaration of Principles (Oslo I Accord) in Washington, DC, on 13 September 1993. Peres expressed hope that the peace process initiated with the declaration would lead to a comprehensive Palestinian-Israeli and Arab-Israeli settlement and build a "Middle East of hope".
