A declaration adopted by representatives from 13 Palestinian organizations in Cairo, Egypt, on 17 March 2005. The declaration affirmed the signatories’ commitment to national unity, electoral and institutional reform, inclusive representation in the PLO and opposition to Israeli actions such as settlement activity, construction of the West Bank Separation Barrier and “Judaization” of Jerusalem.
