A document authored by five Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli Hadarim Prison, released in May 2006. Each of the five represented a Palestinian militant organization: Fatah, Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) and Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP). The purpose of the document was to create a platform for the different Palestinian factions to unite behind, following the divisive 2006 elections. It called for the admission of Hamas and the PIJ into the PLO and the formation of a national unity government.
