United Nations General Assembly Resolution ES-10/15 (2004)
A resolution adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 20 July 2004 by a vote of 150 For, 6 Against (including Israel and the United States), 10 Abstaining. The resolution acknowledged the Advisory Opinion offered by the International Court of Justice with regard to the legality under international law of the West Bank Separation Barrier, which had been requested by the General Assembly under a previous resolution. It called on Israel and other members states to "comply with [their] legal obligations" under the Advisory Opinion, requested Israel and the PNA to fulfill their obligations under the Road Map for Peace, and asked the international community to take steps to ensure that Israel respects the terms of the Fourth Geneva Convention.
