The platform of the Palestinian national unity government, established subsequent to the Mecca Agreement, as presented by Hamas-affiliated Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh to the Palestinian Legislative Council on 17 March 2007. The government collapsed in the wake of Hamas' takeover of the Gaza Strip just three months later.
