A resolution adopted by the Portuguese Assembly of the Republic on 12 December 2014. It called on the Portuguese Government to recognize the State of Palestine in cooperation with the European Union. The resolution was one of five non-binding resolutions supporting recognition of Palestine adopted by parliaments of European states in late 2014, followed in December by a similar resolution adopted by the European Parliament, along side official Swedish recognition of Palestinian statehood.
