A conference held in Cairo, Egypt, in December 1977, aimed at initiating Israeli-Egyptian peace negotiations following Egyptian President Anwar Sadat’s visit to Jerusalem. In addition to Israeli and Egyptian delegations, the conference also included representatives from the United States and the UN.
