An international conference held in Paris, France, on 17 December 2007, with the goal of reviewing Palestinian development and institution-building efforts and raising funds to support these efforts. During the conference, an updated version of the Palestinian Reform and Development Plan (PRDP) was presented. The conference was co-chaired by Norway, the European Commission and Quartet representative Tony Blair. Overall, $7.4bn were pledged by participating countries, of which $3.4bn were pledged for the year 2008.
