United Nations General Assembly Resolution 394 (1950)

A resolution adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 14 December 1950 by a vote of 48 For, 5 Against, 4 Abstaining, 3 Absent. The resolution reviewed the latest report by the Conciliation Commission for Palestine, urging all sides to reach a permanent settlement and to promote the implementation of UNGA Resolution 194, especially with regard to the repatriation or resettlement of Palestinian refugees and the payment of compensation due to them.
