Dov (“Fufi”) Sedaka is a senior advisor at ECF, an expert on security and Palestinian issues, and a native Arabic speaker. He is a former Head of the Civil Administration in the West Bank, and former Head of the Coordination and Liaison Administration in the Gaza Strip. Prior to this, he held senior positions within the Israeli military and intelligence establishment. 

As head of the Civil Administration, he worked intensively on resolving Bedouin settlement issues in the West Bank and was appointed as mediator in solving Palestinian territorial issues in South Hebron. 

In addition to his work at ECF, he is a member of the board of the Israeli-Palestinian Chamber of Commerce.
