Proposal for a territorial settlement to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, under which the future border between Israel and Palestine would based on the 1967 lines with territorial exchange amounting to 3 percent of West Bank territory. The proposal was prepared by Israeli retired colonel, researcher and publicist Shaul Arieli as part of the ECF's support of official negotiations.
