Proposal for a territorial settlement to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, under which the future border between Israel and Palestine would based on the 1967 lines with territorial exchange amounting to 3.6 percent of West Bank territory. The proposal was prepared by Israeli retired colonel, researcher and publicist Shaul Arieli as part of the ECF's support of official negotiations.
